There is a legal document in place and on file at a local attorney’s office that I have

executed. It states that I will be responsible for the legal closure of the lagoon to NRCS
standards and therefore I can rescind the permit. In preparation for this transaction please
send me the forms to rescind. I have a lagoon closure document that we use for closing
lagoons already.

Mr Benson,
Since 2019 the J and J wash-pit has really been inactive in the
since of any type of waste stream from trucks. The water has
very little nutrient content and due to lack of waste water inputs
only from rainfall there has been very little to no pumping on
the spray fields at all. Mr Harrell was dramatically effected by
his truck wash being inactive and no revenue for many years
and has not been able to pay us basic monitoring fees for
record mgt, waste analysis fees, onsite visits, permit fees etc.
In addition to his business status, Mr Harrell and his wife had a
long bout with Covid and barely made it out alive and the
disease left them in a mess physically. We have done some
pro bono work for Mr Harrell and we were able to get his permit
fee paid as well. From this Pro Bono work we do have quite a
few records from 2019 up through 2021. I will include these in
an attachment to this memo as well for your review.
After your visit on Friday I would like to make a special
request. Is there anyway you can consider a suspension of the
permit monitoring requirements at least until we have waste
water entering the system would be a wonderful thing.
