James Family Limited Partnership would like to close the wastewater treatment and irrigation
facilities (Permit No. WQ0009098) effective June 18,2022. James Rest Home WWTF has not
discharged wastewater since 01/01/2016.
The property has been for sale since 01/01/2016, and the property sold on 06/18/2022 to a new
property owner. The new property owners plan is not to use it for a Rest Home or Assisted
Living Facility. Please advise if any additional information is needed to close Permit No.
WQ0009098.
