Eric,
Attached is the proposed final easement deed and title commitment upon which the easement title commitment
will be tacking onto.
I have revised some more of the easement deed language to better protect that right of ingress and egress more
recently put into the easement deeds. Basically, you no longer want the Grantor to warrant title to just the
easement areas but rather warrant title to the entire underlying property to protect not only the easement areas
but also the right of ingress, egress, and regress over the underlying property to those easement areas. I believe
this revised deed better does that.
We are hoping to close this ASAP so please advise of any questions, comments, concerns, or changes as soon as
you are able.
