I hope you're doing well these days. Can you get me the name of the responsible person for the Falls Road Baptist
Church project? I couldn't make out his signature on the agent authorization form. Also, I know the application states
that the NWP has not been verified by the Corps, but I was wondering if, in the meantime, you've received any sort of
confirmation regarding the use of 14 and 12. I'm just asking because I could also imagine this project being permitted
under NW 39. Thanks for your help.
