I apologize for the delay in responding. As you know, our primary concern with burying/not burying a culvert is aquatic
life passage. |n this case, based on the plan sheet and the other information provided, it does not appear as though this
may be a large issue. It seems to be a rather short section of stream with no defined channel for any significant distance
upstream and none downstream of the proposed culvert. | would say in this instance since | think that aquatic life
passage would be minimal, primarily because it doesn't appear that there is a defined enough channel to connect
downstream for movement,that it doesn't need tobeburied.
