Dear Mr. Johnson,
It has been requested that a written response be submitted to
this office by May 7,1997 indicating the actions taken to correct
the problems at the Howard Norton Dairy. It is with our regret
that we have decided to close our dairy facility. The date that
this should be accomplished is June 1,1997. We have contacted the
local Soil and Water Conservation District representative about
this matter. We will call them before this date to verify the
facility has been closed. We will procede with these actions if
they meet your approval. If we do not here from you we will
assume that this is alright.
