Mr. Tankard:
In response to NOV-2022-LV-0442, Monitoring Well concentrations have been very erratic. We
have been continuing to work on improving effluent quality with little change. We have been having
difficulties in acquiring contractors that will return calls to assist in making the necessary changes in plant
processes and correcting known issues to the electrical system and programming glitches that would
make an impact in plant effluent quality and ultimately improving sampling reports. I have had a few
contractors assess what we have, and we are devoting our time and effort in putting together contracts as
quotes come in as quickly as possible while we have them available. We are hopeful we will have a rapid
turnaround in returning to begin the necessary changes to show our efforts in becoming compliant.
