The Rocky Point Quarry 401 Water Quality Certification (DWR Project #2003-1023, Certification #3452) was
issued on March 15, 2004, and subsequently revised in response to modification requests dated May 14,
2004, May 20, 2004 and March 14, 2013.
With respect to the modification request from Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., dated April 21, 2014, it is
agreed by copy of this letter that 401 Water Quality Certification #3452, dated March 15, 2004 and
modified on May 14, 2004, May 20, 2004 and March 14, 2013, is modified to suspend the monitoring south
of the quarry while the mine is inactive. All other certification conditions remain, unchanged and are in
effect.
