Ian,
A few small comments:
The orifice diameter is slightly too large, resulting in a draw down time of under
two days. Please reduce the size of the orifice so that the pond will draw down in
two to five days.
The side slopes of the wet detention pond appear to be steeper than 3:1. Please
regrade the perimeter of the wet detention pond so that. the slopes do not exceed
3:1.
Please provide an appropriate maintenance access to the pond.
