will generate additional tab(s) for specific type of SCM (wet pond in this case). So, you will have to click on the added tab

1. I can't find the Supplemental EZ form for each of the wet ponds, have they been submitted?
2. The drawings show planting plan for pond 1 only, please add planting plan for pond 2.
