the above referenced permit modification received via email on July 14th, 2022:
C. RLAP (06-16) Application
1. TKN (Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen), which directly influences PAN, was much higher in the
2021 nutrients and metals sample (45000 mg/kg) than the 2022 nutrients and metals
sample (18000 mg/kg). Standard plant operation and sampling conditions have remained
constant from year-to-year, but it is possible that retention time in the above ground tank
was affected by the timing of the last haul event in relationship to sampling. It is the
opinion of Synagro staff that the analytics in the initial renewal submittal are
representative of the currently available for land application.
F. LASC (06-16)
1. Standard Soil Fertility Analysis for field NC-PI-06-01 is included and attached to this
letter.
2. An updated application map for field NC-PI-06-01 is attached to this letter. The
amended map now includes the location of the private cemetery. The updated LASC
(06-16) and RLAP (06-16) are attached to reflect the acreage adjustment.
