Good Afternoon Mitch,
Attached are some pictures and video that was taken while we were on site earlier today. We have notified the
apartment complex's management that the City of Raleigh will be issuing a NOV and have also contacted NCDEQ as well.
We were told that the leak had been occurring for at most 24 hours, and that they had a crew on site to repair, they
were just at lunch while we were on site. If you have any more questions, or need more documentation, please feel free
to reach out at any time.
