I just want to clarify that it has to be only approved by the Town of Kernersville Watershed Review Committee. It does
not need to go and be approved by the Town Board.

I spoke with Neal Tucker yesterday morning, and we had a good discussion of the issues that the Committee members
had with the project and the additional practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships that I perceive associated with
