they putting on the Blue Diamond property, if they do treat their stormvvater separately, and
how is it sized and if it would meet the 30% nitrogen removal, and ownership history
o SteveTedder - wants to see a build-out plan for the VAsite
o Dr. Rubin - wants assurance that Executive Order 13514 for federal facilities does not apply. If it
does, what provisions would be made on the VA site to comply
Kevin Martin moved to defer until the next water quality committee meeting until the WQC gets the
request information. Dr. Rubin second the motion and the VVQC unanimously approved the motion
