| looked at the project. By using the entire property, they can still qualify as a low-density project. |t seems they will use
mostly grassed swales except for the big pipe where the wetland is filled. They could also get credit for existing
impervious footprint but they don't make it clear how much isexisting. They just say that it won't increase but "alittle"
or something like that. Nevertheless, they still can qualify for low density so I'm okif you are. Let me know if| need to
look atitfurther.
