L.Shaeffer(a)usace.army.mil; Kulz, Eric Subject: Higgins Meeting Follow -up Hi Everyone, Thanks for meeting out at the site on Monday. I am happy we finished before the torrential rain storm. I just wanted to summarize what we discussed so we continue moving forward on the same page. 1. Stantec /Town will provide an addendum to the phase 2 restoration plan that addresses the credit release schedule and the ledger. The schedule will follow the most recent 5 -year release schedule available from USACE. 2. USACE will send a letter approving the addendum that will then serve as a record for the project and future credit releases. 3. When the Town wants to use credits they will document in future permit applications that these credits are the best option for mitigation even though it is fourth in the list for compensatory mitigation (must address private bank in same 8 -digit HUC, payment to EEP, and donation of land to conservation organization) . 4. Stantec /Town will provide a copy of the annual monitoring report to USACE and DWR each year. Please let me know if there are any additional items or if there needs to be any edits to the list above.
