The pH analysis associated with the sample(s) in this report was/were performed after the method recommended 15 minute holding time. Inorganic Non -Metals Sample XD06073-001 Hexavalent Chromium - The laboratory control sample (LCS) and contiuning calibration verification (CCV) for analytical batch 37554 exceeded acceptance method criteria. The result was biased high and were not detected in the sample. The continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with sample was outside of method criteria. Hexavalent Chromium was not detected at or above the LOQ, data has been qualified with a U accordingly. Inorganic Metals Sample XD06073-001 ICP-MS Metal sample had turbidity present, the sample was diluted at 5X to protect the integrity of the instrument. The LOQ has been elevated to reflect the dilution. The ICP-MS Metals for Cd, Cr, Pb were not detected at or above the LOQ, data has been qualified with a U accordingly.
