Columbia Carolina operates under Certificate of Coverage Number NCG210136. There was no discharge at Outfall #8 during the month of April 2022, see photo l in April Photo Log for Log Yard Rain Gauge Log. Improvements made to the drainage ditch to Outfall #8 have increased detention time of Stormwater to Outfall #8 and thus, there was no discharge from Outfall #8 for the month. Outfall #8 remains in Tier Two and will continue to be sampled monthly until three consecutive lab results are below benchmarks.
