Dear Mr. Wilson:
This letter serves to address your proposal for a wetland mitigation bank, known as the
Greenview Ranches Umbrella Mitigation Bank (Bank), within a 102 -acre tract located in
Greenview Ranches Section VII Subdivision, at the terminus of Murrayville Road (SR 1322),
Wilmington, New Hanover County, North Carolina. Also, please reference our November 21,
2012 initial evaluation letter concerning the development of the bank and mitigation plan.
Since the November 2012 letter, our office has had several discussions with your consultant,
Mr. Rob Moul of Land Management Group, Inc., and anticipated the submittal of the"required
mitigation plan and draft Mitigation Banking Instrument (MBI). With the amount of time
lapsing, it is our observation that you are no longer interested in pursuing the development of the
bank or have delayed your interest.
Our office will be terminating the banking process for Greenview Ranches Umbrella
Mitigation Bank and closing the file. If your intentions are to continue the Bank's development,
you must provide a complete draft of the mitigation plan and MBI to our office within 30 days of
the receipt of this letter.
