Tasha /Jennifer,
I just spoke with Lynnette and it looks like we will be getting a letter from the Town of Spruce Pine which further
supports some of the points that were made in our response packages regarding the extent of the existing Restrictive
Covenants and the revocation or revision of these Covenants. This letter will need to be approved at the next town
council meeting which is August 111h so if approved we would have the letter to you all hopefully on the 12tH
Regarding response timelines:
Jennifer, our response package should have been received in your office on July 111h, please verify that August 12th
works within your required response timeline and that I don't need to send you a request for an extension, thank you.
Tasha, I know we are running up on your 120 days so please let me know if I need to send you a request for an
extension, thank you.
