Good Morning Sue —I met with Yoho Contracting (Ron Yoho) and Dan Sullivan/site superintendent for the applicant in
May to do a pre -con meeting to go over the restoration plan. The applicant has contracted with Yoho Contracting to
complete the planting in Mid-September/Fall planting of this year. The applicants' intentions were for another
contractor to complete the work this Spring. The other contractor did not complete the planting this Spring, after
scheduling and coordinating the planting, so the applicant contracted with Yoho Contracting to complete the planting.
Based on my last visit in May, the restoration area is stable with herbaceous vegetation and sporadic woody saplings.
