My apologies for overlooking noting Stream 2 as perennial in the PCN in my last submittal. I'll correct this and resubmit.
In regards to potential secondary impacts to Wetland E, there is approximately 0.06 acres of Wetland E remaining
undisturbed. I will have the impact maps updated to show this area as secondarily impacted. I'll also prepare a revised
PCN form that includes the additional permanent secondary impact to Wetland E, along with a cover letter explaining
the revisions and include an updated mitigation table. I hope you have this submitted by the end of the week.

Troy,
Thank you for submitting such a comprehensive response to our requests for additional information. The detail,
including going back out to the site to re-evaluation the streams, is greatly appreciated.
I have just a couple more items:
1. Your submittal indicates that Stream 2 within the impact area is now a perennial stream, however the updated
PCN stream impact table lists it as intermittent. Just so that we don't have conflicting info in our file, would you
please update just the table and send me a corrected page.
2. Now that the impacts to Wetland E are better quantified, I'm concerned that a small area above the impacts will
become isolated such that there will be a loss of function. I propose that you include these impacts as indirect
impacts and update the application accordingly.

The formal response and all the attachments were 35 mb, which was too large to email. So I submitted the response
through NCDWR's Project Submittal Interim Form as a "More Information Response" and noted that the information
needed to be submitted to the USACE. I've attached the submission form for reference.

We are currently working on our formal response to the request for additional information letters. We have received
comments from the Town of Cary that my slightly alter the impacts, which we are currently investigating. We want to
be certain if any changes to the impacts are necessary before submitting our formal response. Therefore, we are
requesting an extension of the response submittal deadline from 6/19/2022 to 6/24/2022 to allow time to evaluate
Cary's comments and ensure that our response includes any revisions to the proposed impacts.
Please respond confirming the extension of the response submittal deadline to 6/24/2022.
