Derek - Looks like the previous permit is already expired and since the work is complete and new work exceeds
notification thresholds you would need to submit a PCN for the repair.

Hi All,
This project had some flooding damage from Hurricane Fred on about 175' of the toe in the outside of a meander bend.
(See Photos) USDA just got us funding to go back in and repair the bend with some toe wood/boulder toe and add some
more vegetation.
My question. Do you want a full submission or can we do this work under our existing permits?
