Hey Dave and Lori,

Just wanted to pass along information about a preconstruction meeting we have planned for Alleghany 5. The meeting
will be at the division office. If you can’t make it, but would like to call in, just let me know.

The 401 and 404 permits are attached, as well as the permit drawings.

Dave – Since you and I have the R-2915 E review planned that same day, I have told our staff I might be late or miss the
precon meeting. If that happens, I’ll just meet the contractor at a later date. Regardless, not an issue, so we can stay at
R-2915 E as long as our review requires.
