Site inspection was conducted on July 22, 2022 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. No one was
present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
~ Station 10+80 RT - Stormwater outlet needs Class B rip rap pad.
~ Station 11+50 LT - Silt fence needs repair adjacent and upstream of culvert.
~ Station 11+55 - Ensure 1.5 foot sills are installed in culvert (upstream and downstream).
