Sorry, above the waterline should be 6 ft and below the waterline should be 3 ft. These numbers are the maximum that
I estimate it will take over the length of the shoreline. The slope and depth of the water changes along the shoreline so
in some areas it will take less.

Dear Sirs,
I am current reviewing your application and have a question about the impact amounts. From the pictures provided, it
does appear that the length along the slope may be 6 ft. but for permitting purposes we are looking for the horizontal
distance from the top of the slope and extending out toward the water.
In the below diagram, the slope is about 11 feet total but we would permit the 5 ft. x Shoreline length. See below or
