We would like to schedule a site visit with you the week of Sept 17-20 to do a stream origin determination /
verification of NRB applicability at Centennial Campus. There is 1 stream for which we need a determination of
origin, and 1 "stream" (branching off the stream noted above) shown on the soils map for which we need your
concurrence that it is not actually a stream and therefore not subject to NRB. Attached is the Initial Interest
Form. Let me know when you can meet and what else you need from us.
