I was reviewing your application for a Riparian Buffer Authorization for new home construction at 847
Madison Avenue, and I just need for you to make a correction to the application. The deck portion of this house
is "allowable" not "exempt" so if you could just revise page 3 of the application and email it to me, that would
be great. Be certain to include the square footage of the deck on this page as well. I'll need to include the total
square footage of the house and deck in the Buffer Authorization. Otherwise, all looks good. Thank you.
