Currently there are 0.499 acre of wetland impact and 0.007 acre of stream impact, bringing the total to 0.506 acre. The options are to either move forward with an individual permit (which I know is not the preferred option), or revise the current proposal to be under 0.5 acre. I do ask that the applicant/design engineer revise the wetland impacts to the maximum extent practical. The current proposal has 0.211 acre of riprap planned in wetlands; this seems excessive. I do appreciate every effort to minimize wetland impacts. Lastly, I spoke to James and I will not be requiring mitigation for the permanent stream impacts as they do not trigger the mitigation thresholds. Please provide an updated PCN table and revised design drawings when completed.
