HomeMy WebLinkAboutNCG030670_DMR_20220706Alm ///// AIN FONTAINE MODIFICATION July 6, 2022 Division of Water Quality 1617 Mail Service Center Raleigh, North Carolina 27699 To Whom It May Concern, The Fontaine Modification Charlotte Vocational Center experienced some rainfall in the second quarter of 2022, however, during business hours when our trained staff were available to collect samples, there was not enough measurable rainfall to collect the required samples. Additionally, we installed silt sock as part of our TSS Abatement Plan approved by the DWQ in 2020 and there hasn't been enough discharge coming through the silt socks to sample. I interpret this as an improvement as it's reducing the flow into impacted waters. We are submitting the required "No Discharge" DMR form as our required documentation under this permit requirement.
