To Whom It May Concern,
The Fontaine Modification Charlotte Vocational Center experienced some rainfall in the second quarter
of 2022, however, during business hours when our trained staff were available to collect samples, there
was not enough measurable rainfall to collect the required samples. Additionally, we installed silt sock
as part of our TSS Abatement Plan approved by the DWQ in 2020 and there hasn't been enough
discharge coming through the silt socks to sample. I interpret this as an improvement as it's reducing the
flow into impacted waters.
We are submitting the required "No Discharge" DMR form as our required documentation under this
permit requirement.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
