The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Alamac Knit Fabrics
RLAP on 7/15/2022. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0004227. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

Inspection Summary:
There has been no land application of biosolids at this facility for several years.
The sludge removed from the lagoon has been stock piled on another portion of the facilities property.
The stock piled sludge has excessive vegatation and trees growing on and through it.
Before the non -discharge permit for this facility (WQ0004227) can be closed, the sludge (residuals) will have to be properly
disposed of.
The land application site (trees) has been allowed to overgrow with excessive vegatation and has large amount of debris that
need to be removed before the site could be usable.
