The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Center Road Well on
7/15/2022. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the
conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0033942. The findings and

Inspection Summary:
This facility is a water supply filter backwash system that captures the filter backwash water and disposes of it through
spray irrigation operations.
The system has been de -classified by Raleigh and no longer requires operation by a certified operator.
The county has allowed habital dwelling to be placed across the street from the facility. These dwellings do not meet the
required 400 foot set -back from the spray irrigation field.
Upon inspection, the system was found to be operating normally..
No additional items noted.
