The proposed monitoring plan was submitted to NMFS and the Corps in January 2022 and approved by both.
We would like to get concurrence with this plan from DWR to satisfy the individual DWR certification
#WQC004925 first condition. The attached water quality report from 2018 serves as our baseline condition for
the proposed water quality monitoring. The Corps Action ID. No. is SAW-2014-01431. The project name is
Shinn Creek Estates HOA.
