Good afternoon,

After several conversations regarding changing impact types on the Complete 540 project and not submitting a formal
permit modification packages, we are submitting this email to represent the changes to be occurring on Section R-
2721A. Attached you will find the explanation pdf of what is changing and why along with the updated permit plans
sheets pdf. I have also attached several blowup illustrations of where the changes occur since they are small and hard to
view in our standard package. We are requesting to modify the existing permits (401 IP (5/18/22) and 404 IP
(7/1/22). Please let me know if you have any questions.
