Ordinance, Section 6.3.
Sufficient groundcover as per §113A-57 (2) and (3) has been established.
As per §113A-54.1 (e), no additional Self -Inspection Reports/Records need to be generated.
You are directed to close out your active Certificate of Coverage, NCC200475, by contacting the
NC Department of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR) NPDES Construction Program_i_
NC DEQ and submitting a e-Notice of Termination (e-NOT).
