John Brown is the COO of all of our landfills, and Andy Burris is the landfill manager for Harrisburg
(NCG120104). I guess I made a mistake when I listed Andy Burris as the owner affiliate —sorry about that.

HI Brandt,
I can give you those privileges, but you'll need to do two things:
1. Get signature authority. Please use the link ( https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Permit-
Contact-Updates) and select "Delegation of Signature Authority (DOSA)." Please follow
the instruction and upload the Stormwater Permit Delegation of Signature Authority
Form (blue hyperlink).
2. Mail in the "Stormwater eDMR Submitter Change Request Form," please fill out the
attached form and make sure to sign it with an original wet signature.
Once I process those two forms, you'll be a fac admin, submitter, and data entry user for eDMR.

Hello,
We recently restructured our environmental roles at our landfills such that I will be
collecting samples and submitting eDMRs moving forward. I am already set up with an
account for NCG120109, but I will need to set up login, password, and security questions
for permits NCG120104 and NCG120102. I wasn't sure if I should submit new eDMR
registration forms or if this is something that has to be done on your end. Thanks!
