McLeod Rd, Broadway, NC 27505, BARRY THOMAS HARRINGTON and spouse, PAMELA
N. HARRINGTON, 74 McLeod Rd., Broadway, NC 27505, WILLIAM D. HARRINGTON, III,
uninarried, 2016 Lloyd Stewart Road, Broadway, NC 27505, hereinafter called "GRANTOR" to
HARRINGTON PROPERTIES OF NC, LLC, 2659 San Lee Drive, Sanford, NC 27330,
hereinafter called "GRANTEE";
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, in consideration of valuable considerations provided by
the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold and by these
presents does bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, all of Grantor's fee simple interest in that
certain lot or parcel of land situated in Upper Little River Township, Harnett County, North
Carolina, more particularly described as follows:
SEE "EXHIBIT A" ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN.
The above property was conveyed to Grantor by deed recorded in Book 3177, page 39,
Book 3177, Page 41, Harnett County Registry.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and all privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple. Grantor covenants with the
submitted electronically by "Harrington Gilleland Winstead Feindel & Lucas, LLP"
in compliance with North Carolina statutes governing recordable documents
and the terms of the submitter agreement with the Harnett county Register of Deeds.

Grantee, that Grantor is seized of said premises in fee simple, has the right to convey the same in
fee simple, that title is nimble and #tee and clear of all encumbrances, and that Grantor win
warrant and defend the title against the claims of all persons whomsoever except for the excaptlons
hereinafter sued. Title to the property herainabove described is subject to the following
exceptions:
1} Restrictions, easements and rights of way of record.
This is is net Vthe primary residence of the Grantor.
