Dear Ms. Burdette,
We submitted a PCN for a 401 Water Quality Certification to your office a few weeks ago. I noticed when
looking back through the PCN for the subject project that on Site 5 the diversion impacts were incorrectly
calculated, and the stream was listed as intermittent when it should be identified as a perennial /relatively
permanent water. Attached you fill find the revised impact inventory (pages 4 and 5) for that site. I apologize
for the error in the original submission.
Thank you,
Lisa
