At this time, the submission is not administratively complete and cannot be accepted for review in its current condition. Please provide the following submittal items within 30 calendar days (by close of business on 7/13/2022) so that we may accept the project and begin the review process, otherwise, the project will be returned as administratively incomplete.  1x additional, original, signed, sealed, and notarized Application. This item is required per Part F1 of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(a). A single original hard copy of the Application was provided, but two originals are required.  2x signed & sealed hard copies of a plan sheet showing the following: o Project boundary delineation with bearings and distances. This item is required per Part F4 of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(f). Please delineate the entire project boundary with bearings and distances so that it can be determined which areas will and will not be not covered by the permit. It is noted that some portions of the project boundary have the bearings and distances listed in the line table, but others do not. Please ensure that the entire project boundary is delineated with bearings and distances. NOTE: This is an administrative completeness review, not a detailed engineering review, there may be other issues that may be brough up during the engineering review. If these items are received within the stipulated timeframe, we can accept the project and begin the review process. Once accepted, reviews under the fast-track permitting process can take up to 30 calendar days per statute (one of our two reviewer positions is currently vacant so this review may take 30 days).
