"Property"):

TRACTS 3, 4 &17 CC ENTERPRISE PARK, LLC," prepared by CE Group, Inc., dated September 20, 2019, and
recorded June 24, 2020, in Plat. Cabinet.. 2020, Slide 70, Lee County Registry.
All or a portion of the Property was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book 1601 page 148,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to Grantee in fee
simple. Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has done nothing to impair such title as Grantor received, and Grantor shall
