of modifications to the existing 0.0173 NON septic tank surface sand filter waste-
rater eratnsnt facility to consist of pest chlorination facilities.
This is a Class I Wastewater Treatnsnt Facility and the parson in responsible
charge seat hold a valid OradolCortificate•
This Authorisation to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the vests-
water unman facilities are oa strueted in accordance with the conditions and
limitations specified is Permit NO, DC0044934.
