The application is on-hold until the following items are addressed- 1. Apervkous access trail boaDexisting dock upto4 feet in width (measured along the shoreline) that does not result in tree removal lsan exempt use. |f the proposed access consists ofimpervious surface, iS greater than 4 feet in width or results \n the removal of trees then it is an allowable use that requires a determination of "no practical alternatives." Please provide justification for constructing the access trail of impervious materials such as pavers o/crushed stone as proposed in your application and discussed in ernai|s or revise the plan to minimize the impact to the riparian buffer. 2. If the stairway is proposed to be wider than 4 feet then please explain why the additional width is necessary or revise the plan to minimize the impact to the riparian buffer. 3.
