located at 19210 US Highway 64 East,, Williamston,NC 27891
'The purpose in this preconstruction meeting will be to discuss the contract and permit
requirements and the plans for the construction of the referenced project.
It is requested that you invite any proposed subcontractors deemed necessary. By copy of this
letter, I am inviting various Department representatives having involvement and/or interest in this
project.
