I'm helping our Central Office processing staff with processing the 421 Bridge Kayak Launch application, and I had a quick question. At a quick glance, this project does not appear to meet any of the triggering thresholds listed on pages 2- 3 of GC4249 (which corresponds to NWP 18) therefore does not appear to require an Individual Water Quality Certification. 1. Please review GC4249 to confirm that all Activity Specific and General Conditions can be met and that the project does not trigger any thresholds to require an Individual Water Quality Certification.
