Per our discussion today, you stated that we would be granted an extension to the deadline given in your
letter dated 8/25/05, for the submittal of additional information on the subject project. We are making
all efforts to obtain the requested information and hope to have it to you and Mr. Tugwell within another
three weeks (by approximately 9/ 30/05). Mr. Tugwell is also waiting on the site plan before he can post
the public notice on the subject project.
