- THE SLOPE ABOVE SKIMMER BASIN #3 EMERGENCY SPILLWAY HAS FORMED EROSION
RILLS AND IS CAUSING SEDIMENT TO WASH ONTO THE SPILLWAY LINER. REPAIR
ERODED AREAS ON THE SLOPE, RE -SEED, APPLY FERTILIZE AND STRAW MULCH TO HELP
STABILIZE THE SLOPE.
- IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ADD A SILT FENCE STONE OUTLET IN THE CORNER OF THE SILT

- REMOVE SEDIMENT ACCUMULATION ABOVE THE STONE OUTLET AT THE END OF
SKIMMER BASIN #3 EMERGENCY SPILLWAY.
- REMOVE DEBRIS OFF OF THE SLOPE DRAIN INLET PROTECTION TO SKIMMER BASIN #5.
- THE VEGETATION ON THE SLOPES AND EMBANKMENTS ON SKIMMER BASIN #5 HAVE
BECOME VERY SPARSE LEAVING BARE SOIL EXPOSED. RE -SEED, FERTILIZE AND APPLY
STRAW MULCH ON THESE SLOPES AND EMBANKMENTS TO HELP STABILIZE.
- REMOVE SEDIMENT ACCUMULATION ABOVE THE INLET PROTECTION AROUND DI-11.
- MAINTENANCE INLET PROTECTION AND CHECK DAMS ALONG BROOKE HILL DRIVE BY
REMOVING SEDIMENT ABOVE THESE MEASURES AND THEN TOP DRESSING THESE
MEASURES WITH ADDITIONAL STONE AS NEEDED. IT ALSO APPEARS DRAINAGE IS
WASHING AROUND DI-12 AND DI-4. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ADD A DIVERSION BERM
BELOW THESE INLETS TO HELP FORCE DRAINAGE INTO THE INLETS.
- STABILIZE THE DITCHES ALONG EACH SIDE OF BROOKE HILL DRIVE USING
STABILIZATION METHODS IN APPROVED PLAN.
- NCGO1 SELF INSPECTION REPORTS AND THE APPROVED EROSION & SEDIMENT CONTROL
PLAN WERE ON -SITE. THE SELF INSPECTION REPORTS HAVE BEEN MAINTAINED
PROPERLY.
- COMPLETE THE MAINTENANCE ITEMS LISTED IN THE COMMENTS OF THIS REPORT AS
SOON AS POSSIBLE TO HELP MAINTAIN SITE COMPLIANCE.
