based on new information. If new fields are to be included as an option for lowering lagoon level, add these

receiving facility.
NARRATIVE:
Remaining PAN will very per irrigation gun therefore the remaining PAN numbers on this form are a
conservative estimate. Waste will be applied as soon as weather permits.
