Arlington Meadows Phases 7-10
Project Narrative:
The proposed Arlington Meadows Development is located at 1401 Angier Road, Fuquay-Varina,
NC 27526. The site is approximately 3,200 LF south of the intersection of S. Judd Parkway SE
and Angier Road. The ultimate project includes infrastructure construction for 172 Single Family
Residential Units. The enclosed permits are for infrastructure construction associated with
Phases 7-10 (81 units). The homes in Phases 7-10 will be served by 1,937 LF of 8" PVC, 2379
LF of 8" PVC-C900, and 239 LF of DIP sewer mains with a proposed flow of 19,950 GDP. A
sanitary sewer outfali will be constructed within acquired easements through the Niels Crossing
Subdivision and connect to a proposed sewer outfall currently under construction by the
adjacent Geneva Subdivision. Please see enclosed Utility Plans.

Project Schedule:
Construction of Arlington Meadows Phases 1-6 are complete and were previously permitted
under WQ 0041329 dated December 20, 2019. Infrastructure construction for phases 7-10 is
estimated to be complete by April 2023. Complete build -out of phases 7-10 and issuance of
certificates of occupancy is expected to be complete by April 2024.
Change of Engineer of Record:
Please note that Arlington Meadows (Phases 1-10) was designed by Thomas Spaulding, PE
with Spaulding & Norris, PA. The developer of record, True Homes USA decided to change
project engineer for the remaining Phases 7-10 to Kirby R. Bell, Jr. PE with Bass, Nixon &
Kennedy, Inc. Permission was granted by Thomas Spaulding to allow Bass, Nixon and
Kennedy, Inc. to use plans designed by him.
