Attached is the MY1 Credit Release for the RES Yadkin 01 UMB - Gideon Mitigation Site (SAW-2017-
01462). As requested, 10% of restoration/enhancement stream credit is being released for satisfying
the third release milestone pursuant to the Mitigation Banking Instrument entitled, Agreement to
Establish the RES Yadkin 01 Umbrella Mitigation Bank, approved December 4, 2019; and the site -
specific Gideon Final Mitigation Plan dated August 2019. In accordance with the plan, an additional
291.13 stream mitigation units are now available for the Gideon Mitigation Site. Make sure IRT
comments are addressed and updates provided to the IRT in the following monitoring reports.
