A permit was issued for this property back in 2016 (see attached approvals) for 190 linear feet of intermittent stream. The impacts were associated with a stormwater pond and multifamily residential development. The applicant has been working with the Town since who wants to see higher density residential on this property to provide more affordable housing near downtown. The resulting changes are shown on the attached impact exhibits. The actual impacts however have essentially remained the same at 198 If / 0.015 acres of stream. The impacts are now the result of internals streets and multifamily units instead of stormwater management which has been relocated to an offline subsurface system. We expect to submit the application for these impacts soon. All that said, is it safe to presume that if a permit is reissued for these impacts that stream mitigation would not be required as they are below 0.02 acres? Thanks for the guidance.
